eight year lovers

johnny & I mark each year of marriage with an artwork. i have daydreams of being an old woman, walls covered in art, johnny & I sharing a blanket, surrounded by our hopes, covenants & passion. this year we chose a work from lulie wallace. this is what we will tape on the back:

our 8th year will be one for blooming. May each day be marked with great enjoyment of each other. May our love be like the sweetness of a bouquet. we blossom. we bloom. we put out leaves of thankfulness. hand in hand we delight. we go fly a kite. meet you in the lounge room for dancing. x
