Pastel + Neon = yes! Sometimes you want a pop of neon and a touch of pastel all in one - so that's what we have done. Pastel Neon is an 80's dream, a party maker, and a fun bringer. She is for the bold at heart!
This garland is all you need for a sweet party set-up. Could it be the perfect size? Maybe! Perfect if you have a smaller space or just need a smaller splash of colour.
The Garland kit comes with all the balloons needed (uninflated), fishing line and instructions with a link to a video tutorial. Garland is approximately 1.5 metres long once inflated and we recommend using a balloon pump.
The video tutorial is for our balloon large garland - but the same rules apply to our smaller garlands!
