Exchanges & Returns Policy

Products that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days. Custom products, unpackaged balloons and some items are not eligible for return.

Local returns

Returns and exchanges can be made in store for local online and click and collect orders. Visit us at our Hawthorn store (297 Auburn Road, Hawthorn, Victoria) with your receipt/order number.

Interstate returns

If you have purchased online from interstate, please email us at hello@poppiesforgrace.com with the details and the items you would like to return and we will organise the return with you. All interstate returns need to be confirmed by our customer service team before returning.

Exchanges

If you wish to change or cancel any item after placing your order, please contact us ASAP via phone or hello@poppiesforgrace.com. If your order has not been shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot accept changes to customized orders.

Faulty items

We thoroughly check all items before shipping, however, if an item arrives in a faulty condition please contact us via email at hello@poppiesforgrace.com within 5 days of receipt for directions on how to return your item for a replacement or refund.

We are unable to refund/replace items that are lost or damaged in transit. Balloons are not refundable as we cannot test non-inflated balloons.
