    Poppies for Grace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the website. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the website when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our website.


    Retail prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Prices displayed on Poppies for Grace website are subject to change without further notice.

    Placing an Order & Payment

    When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). We accept orders through the PayPal payment system and Eway. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. The PayPal payment system has an encrypting facility for your security and allows you to order with a credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. By placing an order on this website ( you are making an offer to purchase product at the price stated on the site. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged or processed through your credit card account and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this.

    Availability of Goods

    Occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) or offered a substitute or alternative product, and any remaining items will be shipped to you. We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil or are unable to fulfil an order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).

    Special Offers

    Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, discounts or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only, and no rain checks are available.
    Discount codes and Vouchers are for Poppies for Grace branded products only. 


    Poppies for Grace offers postage within Australia and limited International locations. On receipt of your order and payment we will do our utmost to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, however this time frame is not guaranteed.

    Your order will be delivered through Australia Post. We use Australia Registered Post for all online domestic orders. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode and we ship from 3136. To check your estimated time from shipping to delivery for your destination please click here. Full details can be found at Please allow extra time for deliveries at peak times eg sales, Christmas and Easter. Poppies for Grace does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. Poppies for Grace does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No reimbursement will be made by Poppies for Grace in such cases.

    We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.


    We aim to ship items within 3-5 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (3136). If this cannot be met, you will be contacted. Custom orders (eg; cake toppers, fancy letter; inflated letters/numbers, wedding stationery) may take longer to ship. Please see item descriptions and order accordingly.

    Please note that we post Monday through to Thursday each week.

    You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery times and order accordingly.

    We use Australia Post Satchels with tracking where possible. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order. We offer express post shipping, which can be selected at checkout. Please refer to the Australia Post for estimated delivery times.

    If your order is returned to sender we will contact you and if you'd like to have it delivered again you will be requested to pay postage a second time.

    Shipping Charges

    Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you through Australia Post.

    $150+ = free postage

    $1-$49 = $15.00
    $50-$99= $18.00
    $100+ = $24.00

    International Shipping

    All products except for our inflated balloons can be sent to the UK, US and New Zealand. If you are outside of these areas please contact us. Any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (you).

    International orders will be packed and sent within 3-5 days of receiving the order, unless it is a custom order (see item descriptions). We ship using Australia Post and our tracking and delivery times vary depending on your location. We strongly recommended choosing postage with tracking. 

    Please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. Please note that if you do not purchase tracking with International postage you will not be provided with a tracking number.

    We are excited to be able to offer a ‘pick up’ for our online orders. Please read the following conditions carefully. If you not able to pick up at the allocated time, please choose a postage option. Pick up is ONLY available between 9:30-11:30 Thursday mornings at our warehouse in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Croydon (3136). Pick up is NOT available outside of these times. Please ensure you are able to pick up during this time to avoid disappointment.  If you have ordered a custom item or a cake topper, all of which are lovingly made by us, you must allow 7 days for processing. All other orders require a 2 - 4 day processing time.  You will be contacted via email when your order is ready, confirming the date of your pick up and our address.  Parking is in the street, please do not drive into the warehouse facility. We share the space with many wonderful business' and there is limited parking available.  We know that things can happen and sometimes plans fall through, if you are unable to pick up and require us to post your order to you, please contact us and we will send your order out at your expense.     Pre-Order Products

    If an item is advertised as 'pre-order' this means that we are waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse and we are allowing customers to place an order in advance. You will need to pay for the item and it will be allocated to you, so you wont miss out if the item sells out before the stock arrives. We try to be as accurate as possible with pre-order arrival dates but sometimes the shipping date will change for reasons beyond our control, eg a delay at the supplier. Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason including unexpected delays. Orders will be held until the entirety of the order is available. If you wish to split the delivery, please contact us to organise payment for the extra shipping costs.


    You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty. Items cannot be returned for any other reason. You must contact Poppies for Grace within 5 days of receiving the product for details of how to receive a replacement or refund. We’ll do our best to sort things out for you asap! If we ask you to return an item to us, please choose an insured shipping method so that we can reimburse if you if it is damaged/missing in transit. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to 13/88 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South, 3136, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. Or you may be required to provide a photograph of the fault for refund to be considered. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to Australian consumer law.
    PLEASE NOTE: Balloons are Balloons therefore in nature they are fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available, however please use great care when inflating. If you are concerned please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.

    Changes and Cancellations

    Once placed via the Poppies for Grace website orders are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. Custom orders can not be changed, refunded or cancelled once payment is finalised. 

    During sales we are not able to add or change orders once final.

    Custom Orders

    If you order a custom order from us you are agreeing to leave it to our discretion. We will do our utmost to meet your brief, however creative license is left with us. If you choose a custom order please feel free to send us photos or specific details which represent your color and style choice.

    Ownership of Information

    Poppies for Grace creates the pictures and descriptions for this website. All information, visual and text, is owned by Poppies for Grace and may not be used by any other party without the express permission of Poppies for Grace. Taking of any content, visual or text, will be deemed as a breach of copyright.

    Advertised Goods / Colour Representation

    Poppies for Grace displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours.

    Poppies for Grace make every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website. As many of our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique. Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this website.
