Retail prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Prices displayed on Poppies for Grace website are subject to change without further notice.
When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). We accept orders through the PayPal payment system, Eway, GooglePay, ApplePay and Afterpay. Payment will be made immediately after the completion of your online order.
By placing an order on this website (www.poppiesforgrace.com) you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price stated on the site. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged or processed through your credit card account and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud or unauthorised access to an Afterpay or Paypal account.
We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank, especially in the case where your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions.
Items in a shopping cart do not represent a completed order. Items are not reserved in the cart, so be quick! An order must be placed and payment accepted by Poppies For Grace to constitute a complete order and all orders are subject to availability.
Availability of Goods
Occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) or offered a substitute or alternative product, and any remaining items will be shipped to you. We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil or are unable to fulfil an order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, discounts or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only, and no rain checks are available.
You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery times and order accordingly.
If your order is returned to sender we will contact you and if you'd like to have it delivered again you will be requested to pay postage a second time. Returned to sender costs lay with the customer and will be charged accordingly.
Poppies for Grace offers postage within Australia and limited International locations.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post. We use Australia Registered Post for all online domestic orders. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode and we ship from 3122. To check your estimated time from shipping to delivery for your destination please click here. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for deliveries at peak times eg sales, Christmas and Easter. Poppies for Grace does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. Poppies for Grace does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No reimbursement will be made by Poppies for Grace in such cases.
We reserve the right to contact you to verify the payment, delivery or other customer details. Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.
Pick Up Terms & Conditions
We are excited to be able to offer a ‘click and collect’ for our online orders. Once you have chosen your products, choose 'click and collect' at cart. You can choose to pick up your order from our Hawthorn Store. Click and Collect orders are available for collection within 2 business days after your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. If you need more information please contact us at email@example.com
We know that things can happen and sometimes plans fall through, if you are unable to pick up and require us to post your order to you, please contact us and we will send your order out at your expense. Products that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days. You must contact Poppies for Grace for details of how to receive a replacement or refund and you may be required to provide a photograph if your products are faulty for a refund to be considered. We’ll do our best to sort things out for you asap! If we ask you to return an item to us, please choose an insured shipping option. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to 297 Auburn Road, Hawthorn, 3122, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to Australian consumer law.
PLEASE NOTE: Balloons are Balloons therefore in nature they are fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available, however please use great care when inflating. If you are concerned please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.

Latex balloons are biodegradable and therefore sensitive to both these heat and light. Poppies For Grace packaged latex products will be labelled with a packaged date and we recommend using latex balloons within 12 months of packaging date.
We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or custom products.
Changes and Cancellations
Once placed via the Poppies for Grace website orders are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. Custom orders can not be changed, refunded or cancelled once payment is finalised.
During sales we are not able to add or change orders once final.
If you order a custom order from us you are agreeing to leave it to our discretion. We will do our utmost to meet your brief, however creative license is left with us. If you choose a custom order please feel free to send us photos or specific details which represent your colour and style choice. Please also be aware that as our custom products are handmade and variations may occur due to this.

All information, visual and text, is owned by Poppies for Grace and may not be used by any other party without the express permission of Poppies for Grace. Taking of any content, visual or text will be deemed as a breach of copyright.
Advertised Goods / Colour Representation
Poppies for Grace displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours.
Poppies for Grace make every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website. As many of our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique. Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on this website.
All transactions on Poppies For Grace websites are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All terms and conditions are subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted under law, we disclaim any liability under relevant consumer or other legislation and regulation. Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.
We currently operate and manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and we may use other social media channels in future – we are still holding out hope that we will understand Tiktok.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
If an item is advertised as 'pre-order' this means that we are waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse and we are allowing customers to place an order in advance. You will need to pay for the items in full and it will be allocated to you, so you won’t miss out if the item sells out before the stock arrives. We try to be as accurate as possible with pre-order arrival dates but sometimes the shipping date will change for reasons outside our control. Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason including unexpected delays. All items in your order will be held and shipped together. If you require other items earlier please place a separate order.
