Need inflated balloons delivered? We can help!

Please note: We use an external courier who requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for delivery. Delivery is not available on Mondays or Sundays as we are not open.

 

Delivery rates (from our Hawthorn store):

• within 5km radius is $40.00
• within 10km radius is $50.00
• within 15km radius is $60.00
• within 20km radius is $80.00
• within 25km radius is $90.00
• within 30km radius is $105.00
• CBD (including Docklands and South Wharf and Crown Casino) is $50.00

Please contact us for a quote if you live outside of these areas.

How to place an order for delivery

As we use an external courier, all orders for delivery need to be be called through or emailed to us at hello@poppiesforgrace.com. We need to be able to confirm with our courier if they have a delivery slot available for you before being able to take your order.

Once delivery is confirmed with our courier, we will send you an invoice for your order. Your order is confirmed and booked in once payment has been made.

If you are emailing your order through, please include the following information:

• Date of the event
• Delivery address
• Delivery details (is there a loading dock? A gate with a code? Animals in the yard?)
• Preferred date for delivery
• Time the event starts
• Preferred time for delivery
• What is the occasion
• Best delivery contact name and phone number
• Products you are wanting
