Balloon set includes 10 solid colour balloons of the highest quality latex in our Mermaid range of colors. Includes 2 confetti-filled balloons. Balloons are 30cm and arrive flat.

Ribbon not included.

Do you need a balloon pump? Add our balloon hand pump to your cart. You may also need satin ribbon and balloon weights.
