Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

If an item is advertised as 'pre-order' this means that we are waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse and we are allowing customers to place an order in advance. You will need to pay for the items in full and it will be allocated to you, so you won’t miss out if the item sells out before the stock arrives. We try to be as accurate as possible with pre-order arrival dates but sometimes the shipping date will change for reasons outside our control. Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason including unexpected delays. All items in your order will be held and shipped together with your cake stand. If you require other items earlier please place a separate order.

By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

PRE-ORDER

When placing a Pre-Order for Poppies For Grace products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. Please ensure this information is accurate and current. Poppies For Grace shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to info@poppiesforgrace.com

PAYMENT

You will be charged the full price of the products & shipping fee at the time of placing the Pre-Order. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Poppies For Grace does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Poppies For Grace is not required to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

PRICE

The purchase price does not include taxes and other government charges, which are the customers responsibility. No other discounts or sale conditions can be applied to pre-order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Poppies For Grace.  The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found in the footer of the home page and are subject to change without notice.
