You can have a piece of Poppies Balloon Garland goodness at any event! Our large blossom garlands come with a range of balloon sizes (from 60cm through to 30cm), confetti balloons and rose gold orbs. The kit comes with everything you need to make a gorgeous garland. No experience necessary!
