Pastel + Neon = yes! Sometimes you want a pop of neon and a touch of pastel all in one - so that's what we have done. Pastel Neon is an 80's dream, a party maker, and a fun bringer. She is for the bold at heart!
Our garlands come with a range of balloon sizes (from 60cm through to 30cm), the colours carefully curated by Poppies so that you will receive a glorious mix. The kit comes with everything you need to make the garland. No experience necessary! All the instructions are included, and a link to our online tutorial is here.
Garland is approximately 2 metres and we recommend using a balloon pump.
