Mermaid Jumbo and Streamers

Our Mermaid Confetti Jumbo Balloon never looked better!

The balloon will come flat (ready to be inflated with helium) and the streamer rolls will come ready for you to cut and attach. Streamers come in shades of peach, mint and lilac with a dash of rose gold metallic curtain. Instructions included.
